Senior Backend Engineer

Important:

ARcreate is interviewing and on-boarding virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing employees will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, every employee will have the choice to work from our office or from home.

Tech Stack A:
Python and REST, Flask/Django/Tornado or similar, preferably FastAPI, GitHub/GitLab, PL/SQL, MongoDB, WebSocket/*****

Tech Stack B:
Java, PL/SQL, Hibernate, Spring, Maven, SVN, GitHub, TeamCity, Design Patterns

Responsibilities:

Pioneer new cloud based solutions to re-invent software used in healthcare industry
Design technical strategies and software architecture from scratch and deliver them with very limited guidance
Code software that yields significant performance, availability, and business value
Innovate freely every day and every minute; you really won’t have constraints blocking you from unleashing your creativity
Be a trusted leader and mentor more junior software developers in all aspects of their engineering duties

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with Java programming stack
Proficiency in software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Hands-on experience with Azure or other cloud technologies
